MR. Dhanoa, gathered his initial experience at Avigo Capital Partners, a New Delhi as an Investment Associate where he was involved in managing Private Equity Fund . His love for number and analytical skills enabled him to wear multiple hats as a young entrepreneur, Fund Raising and Marketing, Investment Analysis and Research, business evaluation and requirements, investment analysis and financial due diligence, deal terms and valuation, preparing investment memos and term sheets, financial modelling, reviewing third party due diligence, audit and legal documentation are some of his expertise.

Mr. Dhanoa, joined Tropicana in the 2011 and ever since then there has been no looking back on company(s) performances. His academic brilliance is worthy of a note when he distinguished himself in managing the entire project for Alibaug- luxury villa and spa business, Tropicana Resort, Alibaug, He oversees finances and customer development in Tropicana Minerals and actively engaged in fund raising for existing Tropicana Group projects whilst evaluating new business opportunities. Currently Mr. Dhanoa is holding position as a Director of Tropicana Logistics Pvt. Ltd., Kochi & Director & CEO of Tropicana Leisure Hospitality Pvt. Ltd., Mumbai
