Bitumen Terminal
Tropicana Logistics owns and operates one of the very few privately owned Bitumen Terminal in the country. Located at Karwar, the Terminal shares the national dream of acquiring world class infrastructure.
Capacity
The Terminal has six tanks with a capacity of 21,000 cubic metres.
Heated Tanks
Our tanks are heat-traced and capable of handling and maintaining cargo of +130℃ temperature.
Heat Traced Pipelines
We offer an exclusive electrically heat-traced pipelines between the Port and the Terminal specifically for Bitumen cargo intake.
Other services offered
In addition to bitumen, we have tanks that can store Petroleum Class B & C products like Gas Oil, Jet Fuel / Kerosene, Fuel Oil, and also molasses, edible oils.

Fully equipped with modern facilities and equipments for test product quality and grades
VALUE ADDED SERVICES
Tropicana Cold Store has provision for electric plug-in for reefer vehicles. This may be required by customers to maintain temperature and save fuel costs while waiting for any reason.
Tropicana can fulfil customer requirement for same day or short term storage. Break-Bulk may be necessary in case of large volume transport of products to one location (our cold store) and then transferring goods to smaller vehicles to supply dozens of smaller orders, while keeping them under controlled climatic condition.
Office space is available for leasing from a cubicle to a cabin by customers who require on-site operational support.
Repacking and Sorting services are available to take care of customer’s special requirements. This is of immense value during Promotions and Sales.
Tropicana’s Warehouse Management Software allows us to track multiple attributes associated with your goods. We can allocate them based on FEFO (First Exiry First Out), or any custom requirements like particular batch handling. With a unique username and password provided to the customers, they have access to their inventory status online 24 x 7.
Tropicana Logistics is willing to partner customers in checking commercial viability of executing special projects like food processing or provision of Blast freezers, etc. We can handle IQF products delivered to us in bulk for repacking, rebranding in smaller packages for retail sale.
