Tropicana Logistics runs a world class Cold Storage, Distribution, and Transportation of frozen food, fresh produce, and pharma products. We ensure safe and prompt delivery in customized climatic conditions. Currently the facility offers storage and transportation services for the entire state of Kerala for well-known brands like KFC, Pizza Hut, Costa Coffee, etc. in association with Chaitanya Cold Storages and popular Ice Cream brands, Poultry Products etc.
In the beginning of the year 2023, the company has introduced its own brand of frozen vegetables & fruit pulps under the brand name, “Tropikhaana”.
MARKET ACCESS
Our wide variety of Reefer trucks provide access to the remotest part of Kerala state and adjoining markets in quick time. Located at NH 966B Kochi, all nearby major cities and markets like Thiruvananthapuram, Kozhikode, Coimbatore, Thrissur, Kottayam, Alappuzha, Kollam are within 2-5 hours reach.
COLD SUPPLY CHAIN
Tropicana Logistics network includes the biggest and busiest food marts, malls, hypermarkets, HORECAs, and events managers. Our supply chain allows customers to improve business performance, cut costs, increase margins and revenues.

We reduce delivery costs of goods by bundling several part loads together en-route to the same destination.
INVENTORY OPTIMIZATION
For fast delivery we take online orders. We take care of all the necessary paperwork promptly, thus reducing inventory turnaround time. Customers can monitor their stock and its movement 24x7 online.

AUDIT AND PHYSICAL INSPECTION
At Tropicana Logistics, we carry out monthly inventory audit and physical inspection of the stock to check inventory, and ascertain any deterioration and damage. This is an important service, well appreciated by customers as it ensures freshness and quality at the time of delivery.
QUICK TURN AROUND
Refrigerated docks, automated dock-levelers, Flexible Dock Shelters, Battery Operated Pallet Trucks, Reach Truck (Forklifts capable of handling 12 metres height) and our experienced team of warehouse professionals ensure quick turn-around times and maximum storage efficiency and security for your products.
VALUE ADDED SERVICES
Tropicana Cold Store has provision for electric plug-in for reefer vehicles. This may be required by customers to maintain temperature and save fuel costs while waiting for any reason.
Tropicana can fulfil customer requirement for same day or short term storage. Break-Bulk may be necessary in case of large volume transport of products to one location (our cold store) and then transferring goods to smaller vehicles to supply dozens of smaller orders, while keeping them under controlled climatic condition.
Office space is available for leasing from a cubicle to a cabin by customers who require on-site operational support.
Repacking and Sorting services are available to take care of customer’s special requirements. This is of immense value during Promotions and Sales.
Tropicana’s Warehouse Management Software allows us to track multiple attributes associated with your goods. We can allocate them based on FEFO (First Exiry First Out), or any custom requirements like particular batch handling. With a unique username and password provided to the customers, they have access to their inventory status online 24 x 7.
Tropicana Logistics is willing to partner customers in checking commercial viability of executing special projects like food processing or provision of Blast freezers, etc. We can handle IQF products delivered to us in bulk for repacking, rebranding in smaller packages for retail sale.
