STATE OF THE ART INVENTORY MANAGEMENT
Tropicana’s Warehouse Management Software (WMS) allows us to track multiple attributes associated with customers goods. We can allocate them based on FEFO (First Expiry First Out), LEFO (Last Expiry First Out) or any custom requirements like FIFO, LIFO, or particular batch handling. With a unique username and password provided to the customers, they have access to their inventory status online 24 x 7.
REPORTS
System generated customized reports to keep our clients updated about the stock movements, inventory status, ageing analysis, batch-wise traceability, optimum space utilization and audits.
PEST CONTROL
We have done an intense research on pest behaviour and hired government certified agencies to combat this issue. We also have in-house trained Pest Control personnel and have adopted effective Pest Control measures.
AUDIT AND PHYSICAL INSPECTION
At Tropicana Logistics, we carry out monthly inventory audit and physical inspection of the stock to check inventory, and ascertain any deterioration and damage. This is an important service, well appreciated by customers as it ensures freshness and quality at the time of delivery.

VALUE ADDED SERVICES
Tropicana Cold Store has provision for electric plug-in for reefer vehicles. This may be required by customers to maintain temperature and save fuel costs while waiting for any reason.
Tropicana can fulfil customer requirement for same day or short term storage. Break-Bulk may be necessary in case of large volume transport of products to one location (our cold store) and then transferring goods to smaller vehicles to supply dozens of smaller orders, while keeping them under controlled climatic condition.
Office space is available for leasing from a cubicle to a cabin by customers who require on-site operational support.
Repacking and Sorting services are available to take care of customer’s special requirements. This is of immense value during Promotions and Sales.
